Educational Food Truck Training Books
BILL MOORE is a highly experienced food service professional, with over 40 years in the industry. His career began in 1977, working for some of the biggest chains in the business, where he quickly climbed the ladder and eventually became a management trainer. In addition to his corporate work, Bill has also been a successful food cart and trailer owner since 1981.
Seeing a need for comprehensive resources for new food vendors, Bill turned to writing instructional books as a way to continue training newcomers to the food industry. His books offer practical advice, tips, and tricks for starting and running a successful food truck or restaurant, with a focus on increasing sales and profitability.
