Bill Moore, NSFVA President & Executive Director
Bill Moore is a seasoned expert in the food industry with over 47 years of experience. He served as a food service corporate trainer and owned several mobile units. Bill has dedicated his career to training, coaching, and advocating for new food truck owners through his popular podcast, “10-minute Food Truck Training,” his YouTube Channel, “Food Truck Training” and the private Facebook group, “Food Truck Training”, which boasts over 76,000 members.
Bill is the author of the essential guides “Food Truck 101: Beginner to Winner” and “Food Truck 201: Get off the Truck”, which have helped countless food truck owners achieve success and profitability. You can find all of Bill’s books on Amazon, but he’s made “Food Truck 101” and “Food Truck 201” available for all NSFVA members.Â
When Bill encountered the varying and conflicting rules of different health departments while trying to obtain a permit for his food vehicle, he recognized the need for a unified effort to advocate for fair and consistent regulations. This realization led to establish the National Street Food Vendors Association in order to create a single voice to address and resolve these issues.
With a mission to unify food vendors and elevate industry standards, Bill continues to be a driving force in helping both new and established food truck owners thrive.
